All what you are doing and have done to not be needy, not fight, communicate better, emotionally connect, not put pressure, be fun and easy-going etc is good and creates momentum but it will NOT get the two of you back together.
What is different? How have you changed? What have you done to make yourself a better partner? Why should your ex expect things to work better this time around? This should be your priority.
Working on becoming a better version of yourself is only one part. You must also find ways (text, calls, in-person) to show the changes you’ve made. Your ex needs to experience the ‘new’ you to believe things can and will work better this time around.
